Attention, New Yorkers: Manhattan Is Closed

This does piss me off that to get around Manhattan I have to complete god knows how many missions. FYI- you can barely get this close and not get shot up immediately. Not as cool as you’d think but probably how HST would’ve liked to go down had he had the energy.
