Love this song and the memories it conjures from times I’ve heard it…

the closing credits of Rushmore, walking through the WWII memorial on the mall in Washington DC on a cloudy February day and hearing a guy my age pound it out on his guitar in the empty fountain area, sitting with Bree in her apartment as she learned it on her guitar and I felt like I could sing it well enough, spinning around on the concert floor of the Bowery Ballroom as the area cleared out - still on a high from the show and the person I experienced it with and just the right level of buzz left….
